Harry’s Responsibility:

  • Set up and maintain Computers, Laptops, Wireless AP, network printers and other peripherals.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Replacing parts as required
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications
  • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
  • IT assets management and procurement process
  • Maintain and keep track of hardware or software inventory and hardware disposal
  • Install, configure and support hardware and software (include updates, upgrade and changes)
  • Perform troubleshoot and provide support to both HQ and branches users
  • Implement and manage any new IT equipment for branches on ad-hoc basis
  • Develop and generate daily routine schedule task
  • Talking to colleagues or users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
