Frequently face situation while looking for IT support.

1. Who will handle my IT support request?
Our Engineer is purely from IT background and having experience of more than 10 years in IT servicing industry. They know head and tail of a computer.
2. Onsite or remote support?
To be cost effective, we prefer remote support instead of onsite. Base on our experience, 90% of computer error can be solved remotely via TeamViewer.
3. How is the payment mode?
Before we start remote support service, you are require to send us proof of payment. Once we receive your payment, we will proceed TeamViewer remote support immediately.
4. How you charge?
For 1 incident request, we charge RM30. For 2 incident on the same computer, we charge RM50
5. Contract require?
No. You can request remote support anytime.
6. If you unable to solve my issue?
We will FULL REFUND if we unable to solve your computer problem!
